Land Activator Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Land Activator service
(“Service”) provided by BC INNOVATION PTE. LTD (“MNet”, “we”, or “us”), a company registered in Singapore.
By confirming your submission, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Service: The Land Activator platform, including all features and functionalities
provided by MNet.
- NFT: A non-fungible token representing your rights to deploy and customize the Land
Activator benefits.
- Design Hours: The cumulative time allocated by MNet’s design team for visual
customizations.
- User Content: Any data, materials, or information provided by you in connection with
the Service.
2. Acceptance
By confirming your submission, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
in their entirety.
3. Benefit Claim Period
- Claim Deadline: Land Activator benefits must be claimed within three (3) calendar
years from the NFT’s minting date. Benefits not claimed within this period shall be forfeited.
4. Customization Limitations
- Visual Customizations Only: MNet will provide visual customization services limited
to a maximum of ten (10) design hours.
- Exclusion of Technical Modifications: No technical or structural modifications to the
Service will be provided as part of the standard offering.
- For 3D Spaces, available templates are free to use. Pricing for custom 3D Spaces is to be discussed
and finalized with the team.
5. Additional Customizations
Any further customizations beyond the included design hours shall be performed by the project owner or
community in accordance with the best practices outlined in the MNet User Guide. MNet is not responsible
for modifications made outside of its standard Service.
6. Feature Selections and Additional Solutions
- Free Feature Selections: As part of the Land Activator benefits, you are entitled to
deploy your land with up to two (2) additional solutions free of charge.
- Additional Feature Additions: Should you wish to include more than two additional
solutions, any extra features will be subject to separate pricing and delivery timelines, which will be
discussed and mutually agreed upon with MNet prior to deployment.
7. Continuous Improvement
All features of the Service are subject to ongoing improvement. MNet reserves the right to update,
modify, or replace any features at its sole discretion to enhance the overall user experience, without
prior notice.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
- Limited Warranty: MNet warrants that it will perform the Service in a commercially
reasonable manner in accordance with industry standards.
- Disclaimer: Except as expressly provided herein, the Service is provided “as is” and
MNet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Indirect Damages: In no event shall MNet be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special,
consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or
related to your use of the Service.
- Cap on Liability: MNet’s total liability for any claims arising under these Terms
shall not exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BC INNOVATION PTE. LTD, its affiliates, directors,
officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the
Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
MNet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, for any
conduct that MNet deems in violation of these Terms or harmful to the Service, its users, or third
parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard
to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in
accordance with the rules of [Insert Arbitration Institution]. The arbitration award may be entered in any
court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MNet
regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining
provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: MNet’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a
waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
